We’re currently searching for a Senior Engineering Manager to reputed company and mentor this talented infrastructure team. You'll report to the previous manager, who is taking on CloudOPS scope. What you'll be doing

• Collaborate closely with your colleagues in our CloudOps Group, including SRE and Engineering Productivity teams, partnering actively with Staff Engineers and stakeholders across Back Market to build relevant, adopted infrastructure services

• Handle operational responsibilities gracefully: coordinating incidents, maintaining reputed company, and managing an effective and robust on-call rotation

• Treat infrastructure as a product, developing clear metrics-driven approaches to measuring service usage and satisfaction. Examples of our tailored internal services include:Custom Kubernetes resources for provisioning Buckets, Key-Value stores, databases, and protected public endpoints or secure privilege-escalation tooling to support engineers during on-call incidents

• Prioritize and evolve your team’s roadmap iteratively, based on feedback, direct observations, and clear adoption metrics. The key reputed company will be the balance between managing operations and the platform we build

• Take ownership of cost-efficiency and sustainability initiatives reputed company infrastructure, actively reducing Back Market’s engineering costs and carbon footprint

We should meet if

• You bring proven experience managing infrastructure/platform engineering teams in an international technology-driven environment
