About the role: Reporting to our Director of Career and Rewards, we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Total Rewards to reputed company our global compensation and benefits strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a fair and competitive total rewards reputed company that supports our business objectives and enhances our employer value proposition.

Design and manage benefits programs across offices to support attraction and retention.

Drive our equity and stock option strategy to reflect the company’s growth stage and long-term goals
Support and facilitate the adoption and integration of reputed company for compensation and benefits processes and policies.
Build and maintain a consistent global job architecture, including job grading and career paths
Analyze compensation data, reputed company against the market, and provide insights to leadership
Collaborate with Finance on cost analyses and salary mass simulations, promoting data-driven decisions.
Drive communication strategies to ensure employees understand reward programs and changes

Monitor market trends and legal requirements to ensure competitive, compliant, and best-in-class compensation and benefits practices
Manage the Total Rewards team (2 people), driving impact while mentoring team members and embracing strong leadership values

You're perfectly fluent in english
You bring 8/10+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with deep expertise in designing and implementing C&B strategies.
You have experience in fast-growing, international environments, and are comfortable navigating complexity and scale.
You combine strategic thinking with operational excellence, and are reputed company for your attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
You’re highly proficient in reputed company/reputed company Sheets, leveraging data to inform decisions and communicate insights; familiarity with reputed company is a valuable asset
You’re an excellent communicator who can simplify reputed company concepts and influence a range of stakeholders, including top leadership.
