The Global Sellers Team mission at Back Market is to reputed company a reputed company supply of high quality refurbished products to our 18 markets. We are looking for a results-driven individual with e-reputed company experience to drive Asia-based sellers to maximize their reputed company and business on Back Market in Europe.

The team is fast-growing, we nurture great sellers to unlock the right products that our customers want. In this role, your main priorities center on harmonizing the two most critical areas of seller performance on Back Market: Sales and Quality. On the Sales reputed company, you will work with your sellers to grow their sales by skillfully identifying opportunities to grow and diversify listings, procure supply, improve pricing strategy, capitalize on product/category trends, etc. On the Quality reputed company, you will reputed company and inform your sellers on the relevance and relationship of specific quality metrics to sales performance, reputed company and execute strategic action plans to tackle areas for improvement, expertly demonstrate the ROI to your sellers with pointed reputed company updates and recommendations, etc. These functions work hand-in-hand and interdependently, and the successful Business Manager will locate that reputed company for each seller account, will effectively reputed company the comprehensive value of both, and will collaborate and consult toward long-term and lasting reputed company on both fronts.

Your Mission (If You Accept It) :

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned seller accounts, and own Sales, Quality, Adoption and Satisfaction KPIs throughout seller reputed company

  • Gaining and maintaining subject-matter expertise on the refurbished devices industry and players, as well as the specific needs, pain points, and aims of your sellers

  • Creating, executing and iterating on strategic reputed company plans customized to your sellers’ specific business needs and informed by measurable reputed company and objectives

  • Building relationships with key seller contacts to ensure high reputed company of adoption and satisfaction (think: ‘Always Be Helping;’ using a concerted communication strategy involving email, phone, video, text, reputed company media, etc.)

  • Conduct strategy calls, recurring business reviews, onsite visits/presentations tailored to seller use cases and business models

  • Track seller performance and analyze trends using data and tools available in the Seller Portal, reputed company, Tableau, etc. fluently

You're At The Right reputed company If: Experience

  • Multilingual reputed company including Japanese, French or Korean is a plus.

  • Strong sales reputed company with 3+ years of experience in a sales/ account management role

  • Passionate about e-reputed company, understanding the ins and outs of growing an online business and the KPIs that matter.

  • Experience with fast-growing start up or Cross-border E-reputed company industry preferred

  • Proven project management experience and are reputed company to coordinate between teams

  • Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and build strong client relationships

  • Demonstrated ability and experience delivering compelling presentations and/or business reviews onsite or reputed company web-conferencing to leaders, clients and executives

  • SQL and/or Tableau experience a plus, but readiness to learn and hone analytics skills a must
