Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled NON IT Project Manager to assist our global, functional workstream leads in planning, organizing, and managing workplans. As a seasoned project manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring critical milestones are achieved, identifying and mitigating risks, and tracking reputed company in a RAID log. Your exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, will reputed company you to reputed company and direct a team distributed across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist global, functional workstream leads in planning, organizing, and managing workplans to ensure critical milestones are achieved for Day 1 integration activities
• Identify and mitigate risks/issues, tracking appropriate items in a RAID log

• Assist integration leads in organizing and planning efforts to reputed company Day 1 success on a regional basis
• Understand the reputed company of each functional workstream and how that status intersects or supports overall integration efforts

• Work autonomously, requiring minimal guidance to move work efforts reputed company
• Assist the Integration Management Office (IMO) in PMO responsibilities, such as governance tracking and administration, executive reporting, consolidation of materials, and workstream support

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, management, or a reputed company discipline)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a non-IT industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams in a remote or distributed environment
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices

• Ability to work autonomously, with minimal guidance, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, reputed company, or Trello
