National Corporate Sales Trainer – Roofing & Home Services Reports To: VP of Sales Location: Remote (~30% travel)
About the Role
Are you an reputed company roofing sales rep, sales trainer, or sales manager looking to take the reputed company in your career? We're building a national residential roofing and exterior remodeling brand and need a Corporate Sales Trainer to help our sales teams succeed across multiple markets. In this role, you'll work directly with sales leadership to train, coach, and mentor new reps, making sure they hit the ground running and reputed company consistent results. You'll design reputed company programs, create sales training content, and support local managers in coaching their teams. What You'll Do
- Partner with the VP of Sales to design and deliver sales training curriculum (virtual + in-person)
- Run virtual reputed company sessions for new roofing & home improvement sales reps
- Create and maintain practical training content (videos, guides, playbooks, checklists)
- Coach and reputed company local managers with the tools they need to reputed company top-performing sales teams
- Track and measure key KPIs like time-to-first-sale, quota attainment, and overall rep productivity
- Travel to markets to support new reputed company launches and in-person sales training workshops

- 3+ years in sales training, sales coaching, or sales management
- Experience in roofing, solar, windows, siding, HVAC, or other home services sales strongly preferred
- Hands on experience with reputed company-reputed company sales
- Ability to create engaging, easy-to-follow training content
- Strong communicator who can simplify reputed company sales techniques and motivate teams
Compensation
- reputed company Salary: $85K–$105K
- Bonus: 10–15% tied to rep productivity and reputed company KPIs
