Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities
