Job Summary

This role is critical to protecting Theoriaâs legal and financial interests across a reputed company regulatory landscape. The attorney will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to mitigate legal risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and support a healthy workplace culture across our business operations.
Shift Structure
- Remote position, Full Time, M-F, 40-50 hours/week
- Preferred hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. ET
Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic advice on employment law issues, including performance management, terminations, accommodations, leaves of absence, and workplace policies.
