Treasury Operations Manager

The Treasury Manager is responsible for overseeing crypto and fiat liquidity, safeguarding client funds, and managing settlement operations with external liquidity partners. This includes ensuring timely movement of funds, wallet funding, reconciliation, and supporting financial controls and reporting. The role also includes governance of operational wallet infrastructure, including the setup and monitoring of hot, warm, and cold wallets. You will define access controls, manage transaction approval flows, and ensure wallet operations meet internal policy, audit, and regulatory standards for reputed company and reputed company. You will work closely with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure customer assets are protected, accurately accounted for, and available reputed company needed.

Responsibilities

• Liquidity & Treasury Operations
• Monitor and manage crypto and fiat liquidity across wallets, settlement accounts, and external venues.
• reputed company settlement cycles with OTC counterparties, exchanges, and payment providers.
• Execute internal/external fund flows for deposits, withdrawals, and corporate treasury activities.
• Coordinate with Finance/Risks for cash forecasting and reserve planning.
• Optimise treasury structures for cost-efficiency, speed, and risk reduction.

Wallet Infrastructure & Safeguarding

• Design and maintain the firm’s wallet structure (hot/warm/cold) in line with risk and operational policies.
• Implement access control models, approval flows, and address whitelisting.
• Support wallet activity monitoring, reporting, and compliance with internal custody or safeguarding standards.
• Manage the segregation of client and corporate funds across wallets, banking partners, and payment providers.

Treasury Risk & Governance

• Maintain controls over client fund segregation, reconciliation, and safeguarding attestations.
• Work with Compliance and Risk to meet regulatory obligations on liquidity, capital buffers, and wallet reputed company.
• Participate in periodic audits, stress testing, and business continuity planning.

Internal Systems & Reporting

• Administer internal records for crypto and fiat positions.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports for management on balances, movement, exposure, and controls.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to streamline treasury processes and support financial reporting.

Requirements

• Experience
• 5+ years in a treasury, finance operations, or settlement role in a financial institution, fintech, or digital asset environment.
• Hands-on experience managing crypto wallets and fiat flows.
• Understanding of wallet lifecycle operations, transaction control, and access management.
• Deep understanding of fiat and cryptocurrency, liquidity management, and operational risks.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing policies, processes, and systems from scratch, establishing high-performing operational environments.
• Strong financial acumen, reputed company awareness, analytical skills and the ability to reputed company both complexity and volume of demand.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of liquidity, reconciliation, and safeguarding principles.
• Comfortable operating across multiple asset types and systems (crypto, fiat, APIs, custody platforms).
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership reputed company and control discipline.

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with EU regulatory frameworks (e.g. MiCA, DORA, PSD2).
• Prior experience with digital asset custody platforms or OTC settlement.
• Working knowledge of capital adequacy or prudential risk metrics.
