[Remote] Per Diem Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA (East Valley)

They are seeking a Per Diem Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant to assist clients with personal care activities and provide companionship while ensuring clients' safety and well-being. The role includes monitoring health status, administering medication reminders, and maintaining accurate client records.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- reputed company light housekeeping duties including meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health status to the supervising nurse or reputed company provider
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring clients' safety at reputed company times
- Administer medication reminders and support clients with their prescribed exercise routines
- Document care provided and maintain accurate client records
Skills
- Valid CNA state certification
- reputed company CPR/First Aid certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude towards clients
- Previous experience in home health care or a similar setting
