[Remote] Bilingual Spanish/English Debt Collections Rep

The Bilingual Spanish/English Medical Debt Collections Representative will reputed company collection follow-up with patients in a high-volume call center environment, utilizing excellent communication and customer service skills to resolve patient accounts.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in the resolution of outstanding payments from past due accounts
• Identify problem accounts and escalate as appropriate
• Update the patient record to identify actions taken on the account

• Maintain minimum production standards
• reputed company quality assurance scores that meet department requirements
• Work reputed company company attendance guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service during reputed company interactions

Skills

• High School Diploma required
• 1 - 2 years' reputed company experience
• Ability to multitask reputed company multiple channels of technology
• General computer skills with working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications
• Detail oriented with good analytical and organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work cohesively reputed company a team environment
