[Remote] Outbound Enrollment Specialist

The Outbound Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to enroll patients into services and reputed company them on available resources.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high volume outbound calls to patients to provide information and education about reputed company services and resources
- reputed company member enrollment goals as driven by company KPIs
- Support patients by answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and providing guidance on how reputed company can support their needs
- Document reputed company interactions and maintain timely, accurate records of patient reputed company activities
- Collaborate internally and externally with reputed company providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure patients receive appropriate care and services
- Work with families to schedule appointments and follow-up care as needed

- Manage inbound calls from potential patients

- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm CT
