• Guide tax preparers using top-tier tax software.
• Assist with tax return questions, including form input and moderate to reputed company calculations.
• Provide support reputed company phone, email, and chat for system/content issues.
• Identify, resolve, or escalate issues as needed and document interactions.
• Maintain product and customer data confidentiality.
