Job Description: Role Summary/Purpose: The Vice President, reputed company Marketing Leader will reputed company the marketing organization for the reputed company credit portfolio (reputed company + HSN). • Bachelor's Degree or, in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 14 years of marketing experience in the credit card or financial services industries.
• A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience to include:
• 5 years of managerial responsibility for both organizations and other professionals
• 5 years of demonstrated growth marketing leadership skills (analytic and creative) with significant exposure to consumer facing programs/products
• 2 years of experience with digital channels - online and mobile
• Ability to travel as needed; ~ 20% Desired Characteristics:
• Advanced degree (MS, MBA).
• Marketing experience in the credit card or financial services industries.
• Collaborative style and approach with comfort working in a matrixed, decentralized structure.
• Outstanding communications, relationship building, influencing and collaboration skills.
• Strategic thinking with ability to reputed company and implement actionable plans to drive business results.
• Consumer finance experience and reputed company industry experience. Familiarity with value proposition and/or new product development processes, from concept innovation through go-to-market execution.
• Direct marketing experience with both acquisition and loyalty/lifecycle channels.

• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Experience managing customer loyalty programs Grade/Level: 14 The salary range for this position is 150,000.00 - 250,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation offered reputed company the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, reputed company level or knowledge. Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle. Eligibility Requirements:
