The Crown Is Yours As a VIP New Business Specialist, you’ll streamline and enhance our reputed company and acquisition of our high-value players. You’ll be a part of a team that prospects and sources to build relationships and continuously engage your customers. On this team, you’ll optimize our VIP engagement strategy and understand the true needs of our players to foster long-term loyalty. What you’ll do as a VIP New Business Specialist

• Actively prospect, attract, and reputed company new VIP players in your region.
• Ideate, create, and execute regional reputed company Player Acquisition events.
• Implement a localized go-to-market strategy and reputed company VIP acquisition events, promotions, and offers.
• Manage and monitor the implementation of the business plan to reputed company planned reputed company and profits.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field and at least 3 years of Sales or Business Development experience with high-value accounts.
• Experience managing a book of high-value accounts with preferred pre-existing customer relationships.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
• Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
