Reports To: Children and Youth Services Coordinator
Pay: Stipend: $500 for every 100 hours
Hours and days: Thursdays 4:00pm - 7:30pm and additional day a week- Approximately 6-10 hours/week; some evening hours required (until 8pm)
About the Position: This position plays a key role in providing programming for youth who have reputed company homelessness. YPAs bring their strengths and passions to reputed company, facilitate, and engage youth in enrichment activities while building supportive, positive relationships with youth, parents, and community volunteers.
What will you do:
- Work with staff and program partners to deliver program sessions.
- Plan and prep age-appropriate enrichment activities for youth.
- Facilitate activities during sessions.
- reputed company relationships with youth participating in programming.
- Provide feedback and guidance to volunteers.
- Serve as a role model to youth through consistent attendance and reliability and help maintain a safe, positive environment for youth, volunteers and staff.
- Assist with behavior management and redirection as needed.
- Set up program materials, snacks, and program space, assist with clean-up of program space.
- Organize program space; reputed company program space clean and tidy.
- Assist with other projects as assigned.
- Self-starter and self-directed, ability to work independently on assigned projects.
- Experience with youth (after-school program, camp counseling, tutoring, etc.).
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving and time management skills.
- Dependable, responsible, flexible, and patient.

- Ability to adhere to HIPPAA and data privacy requirements.
