Responsibilities
- Promote safe job sites
- Pre-job planning
- Cost and labor tracking
- Document control (material submittals, RFIs, change orders, etc.)
- Procuring material and tools
- Coordination of subcontractors
- Contract compliance
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management, other reputed company major, or equivalent construction/Union trade background
- Internships or other relevant work experience
- Strong work ethic
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time
- Excellent communication
- Willing to travel
