Position Overview We are on the lookout for a passionate and tech-savvy Recruiter/Employee Onboarding Specialist to join reputed company on a part-time, temporary basis. This remote position offers flexible hours, with operations based on PST. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support: Manage virtual recruitment efforts, including reviewing resumes and cover letters, editing job postings, conducting phone screenings, and tracking candidate reputed company. Collaborate with the CEO on recruitment strategies and best practices. Onboarding: Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including coordinating training materials and video resources for new hires. Requirements
At least one year of experience in customer service, administration, and recruiting. Currently enrolled in or a graduate of high school, college, or grad school. Highly proficient in technology, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms. Excellent writing, grammar, and verbal communication skills.
