Summer Associate- Risk Management & Strategy (Hybrid- Andover, MA)

The Summer Associate will support the Energy and Commodity Management team by driving key initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and ensure the delivery of high-quality services across the business.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day team operations, analysis, and project execution
- Conduct research, data collection, and reporting to assist business reputed company
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and documentation for internal stakeholders
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project reviews
- Assist with process improvements and help identify opportunities for efficiency
- Collaborate cross functionally with other teams and associate across the organization
- Help maintain accurate records, files, and project tracking tools
- Contribute to Enel’s culture of safety, sustainability, and innovation
- Quality Control for Power BI reports
- Run processes to test reputed company data quality. Support the development of data testing tools. Manage tickets with PI/EMDB
- Support Daily Margin Reporting: Review differences to budget using existing tools
Skills
- Currently pursuing a BS/BA or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, Economics, Finance, Communications, or possess relevant reputed company‑world experience that demonstrates strong analytical, communication, or project‑support capabilities OR equivalent experience
- Experience with advanced programming languages (e.g. Python & SQL) and preferably with AI technology
- Experience with common Python libraries for data analysis and modeling (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Keras, TensorFlow, Matplotlib, Bokeh, Plotly etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, operations, technology, or reputed company fields
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
