About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Manager to reputed company our business development in the reputed company region. This dual-focus role gives you full ownership of the customer lifecycle—balancing new business acquisition with customer retention and upsell initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- The ability to translate complicated concepts to non-technical people, while maintaining the ability to speak to highly technical people

- Exceptional account management and customer service skills backed up with excellent written and verbal communication skills
