[Remote] Ad Traffic Specialist - Client reputed company

The Ad Traffic Specialist will serve as a liaison between account managers, sales representatives, and creative teams to ensure high-quality advertising solutions are developed and delivered in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Own the process of receiving, modifying and uploading creative assets including communication between the sales team and designers
- Monitor ATOL and reputed company status queues for materials. Review design quality and provide feedback during and after the work has been completed to satisfaction. Reviews and proofs to ensure quality and accuracy are sufficient on every reputed company
- Monitor digital orders for materials compliance. Providing notification daily of at-risk ads due to missing instructions, creative and approvals. Ensure reputed company jobs are completed and routed to correct platform for publication
- Generate clear layouts, providing style examples and assembles needed materials and uploads materials to ATOL in a timely manner following proper workflow procedures
- Work directly with Sales, DesignIQ creative team, and Post-Sales departments to ensure reputed company products across reputed company platforms are fulfilled reputed company the timeline required with quality and accurate creative
- Communicate with Sales/Account Managers on reputed company ad production matters, including but not limited to deadlines, material needs, ad copy, proofs and corrections
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Possesses strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, including reputed company, Outlook, and Word
- Some graphic design experience is beneficial but not required
- reputed company suite or graphic design experience is a plus
