The Role
As an reputed company Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be part of our Customer Listening Team, which is responsible for collecting and analyzing customer feedback from across the globe. You'll work closely with our product and process owners, as well as our technology team, to design and implement new data entry processes and tools. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with our utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs
- Growing knowledge of Voice of the Customer (VOC) methods and leveraging them to outline and transform data reputed company our Cornerstone Large Data Platform
- Designing and building robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistical processing and standardized metric definitions

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
