Position Overview:

We are looking for a Demand & Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate pipeline growth for reputed company across both our Direct and embed/white label motions. This role blends traditional demand reputed company with digital marketing execution—owning the strategy, campaigns, and channels that drive high-quality leads, ABM engagement, and top-of-funnel awareness.

You will plan and execute paid and organic digital programs, run targeted ABM campaigns, optimize inbound funnels, reputed company webinars, and partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops to improve reputed company quality and funnel performance. This is an ideal role for someone who is data-driven, creative, and energized by building full-funnel programs that convert.

Your Most Important Initiatives

  • Build and execute integrated demand-reputed company programs that drive high-quality leads across paid, organic, ABM, email, and inbound channels
  • Drive reputed company pipeline by optimizing targeting, messaging, reputed company pages, and digital conversion paths
  • Support the execution of  paid media channels (search, paid social, display, retargeting) and continuously optimize for ROAS and pipeline performance
  • reputed company new reputed company-generating motions—including content-driven campaigns, industry playbooks, gated assets, checklists, comparison guides, and problem–solution reputed company pages.

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with clear insights that improve conversion and funnel velocity
  • Collaborate with contractors and internal teams on creative, targeting, budget allocation, and optimization strategies
  • Support SEO and AI discoverability initiatives with content recommendations and digital optimization best practice

What You Bring

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand reputed company, digital marketing, or growth-oriented marketing roles
  • Proven ability to optimize paid media programs (reputed company, reputed company Ads, paid social,
  • Hands-on experience running ABM campaigns and managing tiered reputed company account lists
  • Experience planning and executing webinars, digital campaigns, and multi-touch nurture programs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build dashboards, and reputed company optimization reputed company
  • Experience working with CRM and MAP platforms (reputed company, reputed company, Marketo, or similar)

The expected compensation range for this position is about $95k-118k CAD annually. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
