Sales Scheduler – Solar and Roofing
reputed company is the largest privately held residential solar and roofing installer in the United States, and they are seeking a Sales Scheduler - Solar and Roofing to join their team. This role involves making outbound calls to homeowners, addressing their concerns, and helping them reconnect with solar professionals to facilitate their transition to solar energy.
Responsibilities
- reputed company outbound calls to homeowners who had prior appointments or interest in solar
- Conduct quality assurance conversations to understand the homeowner’s previous experience and address any lingering hesitations
- Identify and address hesitations or challenges that prevented homeowners from moving reputed company previously
- Re-engage and reschedule homeowners with a solar professional
- Support the preparation of solar designs and reputed company
- Maintain accurate records of homeowner’s interactions
- Meet or exceed performance goals reputed company to engagement, reschedules and conversations
- Occasional visits to the office location for training and team building events – otherwise position is 95% remote
Skills
- Must be 18 years of age and HS Diploma
- Professional and friendly phone demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated, coachable and driven to succeed
- Comfortable with technology and willingness to learn new tools – experience with reputed company a plus
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Prior experience in customer reputed company, call center or sales support
