• Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service
• Thoroughly reviewing and processing loan applications through various software systems
• Assessing candidate qualifications for loans and making informed decisions
• Creating and updating records to ensure accurate and efficient processing
• Identifying client needs and exploring available options to meet their requirements Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications will make you stand out as a top candidate
• 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role
