Key Responsibilities

  • Enter data from a variety of source documents (PDFs, scanned images, handwritten notes, spreadsheets) into arenaflex’s secure database with a focus on speed and precision.
  • Perform real‑time verification of entered data, flagging inconsistencies, missing fields, or potential errors for immediate correction.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality standards, ensuring that all client‑sensitive information is handled in accordance with GDPR, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate virtually with project managers, quality assurance analysts, and other data entry specialists to meet daily and weekly volume targets.
  • Document any recurring data quality issues and suggest process improvements to the Data Operations Team Lead.
  • Adhere to arenaflex’s data security policies, including secure login practices, encrypted file transfers, and regular password updates.
  • Participate in periodic virtual training sessions to stay current on new data entry tools, software updates, and best‑practice methodologies.

Essential Qualifications

  • Typing Proficiency: Minimum 60 words per minute (WPM) with an accuracy rate of 98 % or higher.
  • Detail Orientation: Demonstrated ability to spot and correct typographical and numerical errors.
  • Time Management: Proven track record of meeting deadlines while balancing multiple tasks in a remote environment.
