Billing Coordinator
Coyne & Associates Education Corp. is seeking a detail-loving, organized Billing Coordinator to support their billing and operations team. The role involves managing billing and claims processes, ensuring accurate claim submissions, and maintaining provider records while working in a primarily remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Support billing and claims processes across multiple insurance payers
- Review documentation and authorizations to ensure accurate claim submission
- Assist with payment tracking, reporting, and account reconciliation
- Maintain provider rosters, credentialing records, and CAQH profiles
- Update provider and client information across internal systems
- Support HIPAA audits, client record requests, and other operational projects
- Utilize CentralReach and other systems to support billing and payroll functions
Skills
- At least 1 year of medical billing experience
- Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Professional communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality
- ABA billing experience
- CentralReach experience
- Insurance authorization or credentialing experience
