[Remote] Corporate Systems Product Manager

The Product Manager will collaborate with users across reputed company and corporate functions to enhance workflows through automation and AI solutions, driving product lifecycle from ideation to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with reputed company and corporate stakeholders to gather feedback, uncover pain points, and translate user needs into actionable product requirements

• Represent technology in cross-functional meetings, ensuring alignment on strategy, priorities, and project execution

• Define product reputed company metrics, monitor performance, and iterate on solutions based on user feedback and business results
• Facilitate collaboration between technology, reputed company/corporate functions, and change management teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of new solutions
• Document requirements, coordinate user acceptance testing, and support change management efforts for new features and process enhancements

Skills

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative or business-reputed company field of study
• Minimum 5 years' experience of product management, consulting, transformation roles
• Familiarity with automation technologies (e.g., RPA, workflow automation) and AI concepts (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing, LLMs). Particularly reputed company's Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse)
• Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to foster collaborative interaction with cross-functional teams
• Skilled in translating client needs/priorities into product requirements; Understands product components and manages the process of development, deployment, and post-launch activity
• Proficiency in reputed company, reputed company, and PowerPoint
• Analytic abilities and problem-solving skills
• Experience analyzing large data sets
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
