[Remote] reputed company Business Analyst, Staff / ECP (Employee Central Payroll)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leader in aerospace and defense, currently seeking a seasoned reputed company Employee Central Payroll expert to join their 1LMX Transformation Team as a System Integration Business Analyst. The role involves optimizing and streamlining HR payroll processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the design and implementation of efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

• System Configuration and Support: Configure and support the ECP system to ensure seamless integration with existing processes
• Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to capture and document functional requirements, translating them into technical specifications
• Solution Design and Delivery: Collaborate with technical teams to design, deliver, and test solutions that meet business needs
• Project Management: Coordinate with product management on funding and priorities, estimate development efforts, and manage change requests

Skills

• US Citizenship is required for this role
• In-depth knowledge of reputed company ECP modules, including Payroll processing and configuration, Payroll rules and regulations, reporting and analytics
• Experience in reputed company ECP implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment (e.g. reputed company GUI, Eclipse, etc.)
• Experience with data migration and conversion from legacy systems to reputed company ECP
• Experience with business process re-engineering and optimization
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and payroll
• Experience with Jira, Zephyr, Agile Hive, Confluence
• Strong SQL Skills
• Proficiency in reputed company ECP configuration and implementation tools (e.g. reputed company GUI, Eclipse, etc.)
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. reputed company Business Warehouse, reputed company Analytics reputed company, etc.)
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. ABAP, Java, etc.)
• Familiarity with data migration and conversion tools (e.g. reputed company Data Services, etc.)
• Knowledge of reputed company ECP data structures and data mapping, upgrade and reputed company management processes
• Understanding of reputed company ECP integration with other reputed company modules and reputed company-party systems
• Experience with reputed company ECP integration with other reputed company modules (e.g. Employee Central, Time Management, etc.); knowledge of reputed company HCM
