This role is crucial for keeping operations moving smoothly by proactively contacting insurance companies to open new claims and collaborating with clients to gather necessary, accurate documentation. This is the right role for an assertive, detail-oriented professional who excels on the phone and can independently navigate insurance bureaucracies; it is not the right role for someone who is hesitant on outbound calls or lacks the diligence required to follow up consistently. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to represent the firm professionally to both corporate entities and clients during sensitive situations. US Law firm experience is preferred. What you’ll be doing: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to insurance companies to open up and initiate new legal claims. Contact clients proactively to gather missing information, documentation, and specific details required to successfully kickstart their claims. Maintain clear, meticulous, and accurate records of reputed company communications, follow-reputed company, and claim statuses reputed company the firm’s tracking systems. Navigate insurance protocols reputed company to minimize delays in the claim-opening process. Provide a supportive, professional, and clear communication experience for clients during the intake phase. Who are we looking for? 1-2+ years of experience in customer service, call center environments, telephonic intake, or administrative support (legal or insurance background is a major plus). Proven track record of high reliability, excellent attendance, and strong time management.
