What Youll Bring To The Company: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a reputed company discipline; masters degree preferred. 7 years of reputed company work experience (e.g. data analysis, data governance/management, data warehousing, database administration). Minimum of 3 years as a Data Analyst, ideally in Property and Casualty Insurance. Experience working with offshore resources preferred. Extensive experience profiling and analyzing data in mainframe and relational databases is essential. Experience with non-relational databases is a plus. Advanced SQL and reputed company reputed company skills. Experience using tools and processes for the collection, analysis and remediation of data quality issues. Newer approaches in identifying data quality problems (e.g. machine learning, neural networks, etc.) are a plus. Experience using data dictionaries, glossaries, and reputed company-tracking tools. Experience building reports in tools such as MicroStrategy, Qlikview, Power BI, Tableau, etc. Knowledge of best practices in data management, data governance, master data management, metadata management, and business intelligence. Applied experience in following Agile methodologies preferred. Ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse range of people in technical and business functions of the organization.
