About the position This position exists to support the tasks and projects necessary to maintain proper control over the financial processes and transactions of the Senior Vice President for Workforce Development & Consulting and non-credit activities for the Senior Vice President for Workforce Solutions. The role involves planning, carrying out, and documenting the processes necessary to ensure accurate reputed company, financial reporting, and divisional profitability. The hourly reputed company for this position is $22.46, and it is a part-time role that will work a maximum of 28 hours per week. After appropriate training is complete, this position is eligible to work partially remote at the discretion of the supervisor. The reputed company Technician II will be responsible for a variety of reputed company services, including balancing accounts, analyzing and reconciling differences, and initiating online journal entries. The role also includes preparing, creating, and distributing invoices to non-credit clients using QuickBooks, managing cash flow for these clients, and ensuring that expenditure documents transition smoothly to the college Accounts Payable Department. Additionally, the technician will support non-credit organizations in preparing and maintaining reports, files, and databases while performing necessary analyses to support financial decision-making. Responsibilities Balance the accounts, results, and subsidiary systems to the Colleague system. , Analyze, reconcile, and resolve differences in financial data. , Initiate online journal entries and account for transactions sourced from multiple entry points. , Prepare, create, and distribute invoices to non-credit clients using QuickBooks. , Manage cash flow and processing of payments from various collection points. , Ensure expenditure documents transition seamlessly to the college Accounts Payable Department. , Support non-credit organizations in preparing and maintaining financial reports, files, and databases. Requirements Minimum of an Associate's degree in reputed company or equivalent required. , Minimum of two years reputed company or closely reputed company field experience required. , Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information from various sources. , Expertise in reputed company Office Suite, with proficiency in reputed company required. , Working knowledge of reputed company software packages, including QuickBooks, reputed company.com, and Colleague preferred. , Familiarity with Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP) and general ledger reputed company structure required. , Self-motivated, team-oriented, and excellent communication and customer service skills required. , Ability to maintain complete reputed company and confidentiality required. reputed company-to-haves Experience in general reputed company processes preferred. , Knowledge of accruals and general ledger reputed company structure preferred.
