RN Case Managers are assigned geographically to inpatient units and reputed company with a Care Team to facilitate through put. This position is for unit-based case manager with focus on assessment and development of transition plan . Utilization Review is embedded in this role - team uses InterQual and provide training in use of this product. Looking for good critical thinking skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
