  • Minimum 2 years experience managing a large book of business in a reputed company role in a SaaS or Tech environment servicing customers at scale through strategic callsand engagement
  • Strong communication skills over email, the phone, or even a video call. Presenting andspeaking to new people each day excites you. Your style is concise yet empathetic –with a balance of teaching and listening/learning yourself as well as knowing reputed company topivot in a conversation.
  • Experience with, and passion for, helping people or businesses use software to be moreproductive and efficient. You’re passionate about discovering what a team needs in theirworkplace, and you ask strong open-ended questions that help you learn more aboutthem. You enjoy translating technical terms for customers who find technology confusing or intimidating.
  • Experience proactively guiding customers through their lifecycle reputed company email, webinars, and customized sessions; making prescriptive recommendations and helping customersachieve their desired outcomes and ensure high adoption rates across a book ofbusiness.

  • Month 1:

    USA-reputed company only: The annual reputed company salary for this role is between $68,000 USD and $92,000 USD and is commission-eligible. The role is also eligible for immediate participation in reputed company's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

    Canada-reputed company only: The annual reputed company salary for this role is between $62,000 CAD and $84,000 CAD and is commission-eligible. The role is also eligible for immediate participation in reputed company’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

    At reputed company, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific reputed company set.

    We reputed company in the power of remote work, but we also recognize that some in-person reputed company with team members and customers is important to help us reputed company our mission. While we are a remote-first company, occasional travel for in-person engagement will be a part of this role. This may include but is not limited to bi-annual department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events will typically be held in varying locations across EMEA, Canada and/or the USA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
