Job DescriptionAs the Product Enablement Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our GoToMarket teams—Sales, reputed company, Customer Onboarding & Managed Services—are fully equipped to communicate the value of reputed company’s products effectively. You will be responsible for creating enablement programs that ensure our teams understand and can effectively communicate the value of reputed company’s features and products, and drive feature adoption. You will be the go-to expert on the Enablement team for reputed company’s features and products.
You will also manage the inbound integration request process, ensuring that integration opportunities are prioritized and executed reputed company in partnership with Solutions Engineering and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the Enablement team’s expert on reputed company’s products and features.
- reputed company and execute strategies to ensure internal teams understand and communicate product value effectively.
- Create engaging enablement materials, including training decks and internal product documentation.
- reputed company live training sessions on product features, positioning, and usage for GTM teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and GTM Leadership to align training initiatives with feature launches.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering to identify and address enablement opportunities for GTM.
- Manage the inbound integrations request process, prioritizing based on strategic impact.
- Gather insights from teams and customers to refine enablement resources and training.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance enablement effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-5 years at a SaaS company in product enablement, sales enablement, product marketing, or a reputed company role.
- Proven ability to design and deliver impactful enablement programs for GTM teams.
- Experience taking product and technical concepts and translating them into high-quality enablement materials and training sessions.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and collaboration with people in Product, PMM, Solutions Engineering, and GTM Leadership.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems, reputed company, and other training tools.
