About the Role

The SDR reputed company will assist our Sr. SDR in overseeing a team of SDRs and driving sales pipeline growth by qualifying leads generated from marketing campaigns and leading outbound prospecting efforts. You will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching our Sr. SDR and the SDR team, ensuring they meet their targets and contribute to overall sales success. What You'll Do

Team Leadership & Mentorship: reputed company and mentor a team of SDRs, providing guidance, training, and feedback to help them reputed company their targets. Foster a collaborative, results-driven environment focused on success.

Qualifying Marketing Leads: Manage and qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns, ensuring SDRs are reputed company reaching out, identifying key opportunities, and scheduling meetings for Account Executives (reputed company).
