Job Description
Responsibilities: ? reputed company duties, including but not limited to: ? Accurately and timely file reputed company financial transactions into Scenechronize, including payroll, accounts payable (AP), journal entries, distribution changes, and purchase cards. ? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records reputed company Scenechronize. ? Utilize Kissflow to ensure proper approvals for reputed company relevant transactions. ? Monitor the reputed company of approval requests and follow up on any outstanding approvals. ? Audit and code purchase card (Cashet) envelopes for accuracy and compliance. ? Audit and code expense reports for accuracy and compliance. ? Provide various miscellaneous reputed company Support.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements: ? Minimum of 1 years of experience in TV or features (preferably at a studio or network). ? Prior experience using reputed company and Scenechronize reputed company software preferred. ? Solid working knowledge of reputed company Word, reputed company and Outlook. ? Excellent analytical, organizational and detail-oriented skills mandatory. ? Exceptional time management skills and the ability to adhere to reputed company reporting deadlines. ? The candidate who fills this position will be paid at least 60 hours per week regardless of whether they work less than 60 hours.
