Program Manager- reputed company Payment Platforms

Razor is looking for a Program Manager supporting our NYC based reputed company client. This is a contract to hire role, 100% remote work opportunity. A reputed company payment platform Program Manager will support the operation of defined claims-reputed company and/or provider payment modernization efforts. S/he will have business reputed company of capabilities as they transition from legacy models and systems into new standard configurations and new systems. This role carries strategic importance and will help generate new operational processes and operating models. The role requires a strong understanding of process improvement, process documentation best practices, program and project management, and stakeholder engagement. Duties & Responsibilities: ? Partners with peers, leaders, and staff throughout Operations to reputed company a deep understanding of business needs and ensure appropriate stakeholder engagement. ? Develops business requirements and associated artifacts, including process maps, policy outlines, and other such deliverables to prepare the organization for foundational operational and technology changes. ? Partners with IT and Delivery teams in the delivery of technical components reputed company existing frameworks and methodologies required by our client. ? Works with team members to reputed company comprehensive process improvement, change management, and implementation plans as well as testing strategies to ensure solutions are adopted successfully and delivered with high quality ? Prepares presentations and delivers reputed company reports. Reports status to leadership, and escalates changes, issues, and risks for resolution as needed. ? Takes initiative, thinks analytically, and works independent of supervision as appropriate or needed. ? Stays reputed company with technology, processes, and best practices and leverages knowledge to identify opportunities for training and process improvement. ? Develops, formulates, recommends, and implements reputed company regarding policy, standards methods, procedures, and functions. ? Additional duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience and 10 years of experience. ? Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, grammatically correct, and professional manner ? Strong understanding of process improvement, business process management and experience using workflow diagramming applications such as Visio, BlueWorksLive (BWL), or other industry specific process mapping tools ? Proven experience driving business automation projects through phases such as initial business analysis, requirements gathering, development, architecture design, implementation and configuration, integration efforts and ongoing support to end-users. ? Prior experience working on cross-functional, transformational, and/or other significant reputed company projects. ? Preferred Qualifications: ? Change management experience that includes defining scope of a project, adhering to appropriate reputed company SDLC requirements, and winning the buy-in of department management and employees. ? Demonstrated understanding and practical experience using Agile methodologies. Exposure to Scaled Agile (SAFe) preferred. ? Trained in Lean Six reputed company or other process improvement methodologies ? Experience working with health plan operations and IT ? Experience working as a project manager in a reputed company setting ? Experience with adult learning and development ? Exposure to claims, provider payment, provider reputed company, or contracting operations reputed company a reputed company payor environment. Apply Job!
