About the Team The Client Success Team reputed company will play a pivotal role in leading and scaling the reputed company for Business Client Success Manager team through creating the strategy, building scalable solutions, that focus on onboarding, activating, and retention. This team is primarily focused on the entire onboarding experience through post-launch success to ensure every client that is engaging with our sales team is set up for success. About the Role

As a leader of our Client Success Management Team, you will reputed company 6-9 CSM, including people coaching, performance management to KPI goals, and working directly with customers to ensure we are gathering learnings/feedback to influence initiatives, projects, and our product roadmap. Compensation
