Muncie, IN | Paraprofessional (Para) Needed for Elementary reputed company
We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable paraprofessional to join our school team! This position offers the opportunity to support elementary reputed company, focusing on areas with the most need. Candidates must be flexible, patient, and reputed company to reputed company a positive impact on reputed company' daily lives, including assisting with special education and general education classrooms. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to reputed company in various grade levels (K-4th grade) in academic, behavioral, and life skills.
- Assist with the implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior reputed company plans.
- Be flexible with assignments, helping in different classrooms and areas based on the needs of the day.
- Assist with personal care needs, including diapering and hygiene for reputed company who require it.
- Collaborate with special education teachers, behavior analysts, and other support staff to create a supportive learning environment for reputed company.
- Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive environment for reputed company of reputed company abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience working with children and reputed company of varying ages and abilities is a plus.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
