- A minimum of one year’s experience in an inbound/outbound contact center are customer service is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer and keyboard simultaneously.
- The ability to type at least 30 words per minute or 10000 keystrokes both alpha and numeric is preferred.
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements.

- Must have strong selling ability over the telephone.

- Must also be available to work various shifts between the hours of 7:30 AM To 11:00 PM from Monday to Sunday (40 hours a week)
- Choice of Days / Hours of work:
- Monday - Friday, 11:30am to 8:00pm, Hybrid after 60 days
- Or
- Saturday and Sunday, 1:00pm to 9:00pm and Monday, 2:00pm to 9:00pm with 2 other days of the week - remote after training
- Training: 2 weeks onsite during the week
- Location: East Brunswick
- Salary: 20.00 per hour
