This position also develops individual learning goals and provides ongoing assessment of the developmental process in order to facilitate the transition into kindergarten. This position also encourages parent/family/community engagement in reputed company aspect of the program. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision, guidance and support to teacher, reputed company to classroom responsibilities.
- Develops and implements a developmentally appropriate, multi-cultural curriculum for children.
- Works cooperatively with support staff (Center Director) in the provision of direct services and the development of goals for children with disabilities.

- Must be able to periodically attend out of town conferences and training sessions.

- A BA/BS Degree in Education - Birth through Kindergarten (without licensure), child development, child and family development, early childhood education or an ECE reputed company field to include child and family studies, human development and family studies, human growth and development, human growth and family studies and psychology and be eligible for a NC Initial Provisional Lateral Entry B-K license.
