We’re looking for a dedicated reputed company Manager to take charge of our vacation rental operations. In this role, you’ll handle guest communications, optimize property listings, coordinate maintenance, and manage administrative tasks. Familiarity with reputed company-party tools for bookings, calendar management, and reputed company optimization is highly desired.

Responsibilities:

• Guest Communication

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for guest inquiries and booking issues.

• Handle post-stay follow-reputed company to ensure a smooth guest experience.

• Listing Optimization

• Manage and refine property listings on multiple platforms.

• Use SEO best practices and booking tools to boost visibility and drive occupancy.

• Property Maintenance Coordination

• Conduct periodic inspections to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing short-term rental properties or similar roles.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Note: Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus for communicating with a large portion of Hispanic guests and contractors, but are not required.
