You will work with various systems, such as EPIC, Artiva, and TCN, ensuring a high level of service to our valued patients. Key Responsibilities • Handle incoming calls and initiate outgoing calls to address medical billing inquiries. • Assist patients with general questions reputed company to their medical bills. • Process payments and conduct inquiries on billing statuses. • Engage with patients to discuss outstanding balances and help them resolve account issues. • Effectively navigate multiple systems to provide accurate and timely support.
