Director, Provider Solutions Business Development

Develops and maintains strong external relationships with policy-setting doctors and influencers reputed company the optical industry

Implement strategies designed to influence the competitive markets in which doctors operate

Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or reputed company field, or equivalent experience; Minimum of 2 years of experience reputed company to functional area

Minimum of 6 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work, and managing performance of direct reports

Strong direct reputed company sales, sales management, account management, business development, or client relationship experience, preferably in the optical industry

Strong knowledge of the optical retail business

Demonstrated capability to manage large teams of people

Demonstrated track record in driving successful teams

Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and industry leaders

Proven ability to navigate reputed company situations through organizational landscape and with multiple stakeholders

Ability to analyze business and drive results

Strong attention to detail, organizational and customer service skills; excellent presentation skills

Strong business aptitude and problem-solving skills

Strategic skills to support envisioning work, planning, and forecasting

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Creates and delivers information at an appropriate level for audience, including presentations and status updates

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets.Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law. Salary Ranges: $105,000.00 - $165,375.00
