Orientation, reputed company & Training You will then continue your on-boarding working directly with nurses in our program. On average our orientation for an R.N is 7-9 weeks, however, is individualized according to your needs and experience. Completes, coordinates and revises the total plan of care and maintains continuity of patient care by collaborating with appropriate staff. Regularly communicates patient reputed company to the clinical manager, physician and care team. Develops, prepares, and maintains individualized patient care reputed company records with accuracy, timeliness and according to care center policies. Records pain/symptom management changes/outcomes as appropriate. Educates families on patient condition, needs and care. Makes referrals to other hospice care disciplines as needed, or documents rationale for not doing so. Performs on-call responsibilities and on-call services to patients/families as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications reputed company RN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work.
