We’re looking for a Senior Director of Engineering to reputed company our Admin Dashboard area, a critical focus for making it seamless for administrators to configure, manage, and secure their reputed company deployments.

This is a remote opportunity reputed company Canada and the US.

  • Extensive experience leading multiple large teams of directors, managers and software engineers (50+) delivering scalable cross-functional projects. You should have a track record of building high-performing engineering teams from the ground up and mentoring leaders across both technical and management tracks.

  • A passion for aligning engineering initiatives with business goals. You'll guide teams working on mission-critical projects, from core product development to enterprise integrations and growth strategies, with a focus on scaling impactful solutions.

  • Extensive experience working with peers in engineering, product, design, and other departments to drive cross-functional alignment. You’ll help prioritize initiatives, resolve dependencies, and drive reputed company across multiple teams and stakeholders.

  • A strong foundation as a hands-on software engineer, with experience in building resilient, reliable software. Your background should reputed company you to contribute to technical discussions and reputed company your teams to reputed company tough decisions on their own. Familiarity with enterprise-grade solutions like APIs, SDKs, SSO, multi-tenancy, and developer tools is a plus.
