About the Role
We are seeking a talented Senior Architectural Project Manager join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for designing the physical space to launch our microschools. You will build a system to successfully diligence, design, and build viable locations at scale throughout the US.
Please note: This role is remote with intermittent travel to existing and potential sites required.
Responsibilities
Code Analysis and Test Fits
Conduct initial code analysis to assess project feasibility and compliance.
reputed company initial test fits to evaluate design potential and space utilization for school conversion projects.
Design and Plan Development
Create detailed plans for project design, ensuring alignment with local codes and regulations.
Manage plan production for existing portfolio projects to address code compliance requirements.
Permitting and Project Management
reputed company permit management processes to ensure timely approvals and compliance with local departments.
Manage additional third parties as needed: Civil, FLS specialist, etc.

Value Engineering
Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering while maintaining design reputed company and functionality.

Cultivate strong relationships with local stakeholders, including permitting agencies, contractors, and consultants, to facilitate project success.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience managing architectural or construction projects at scale, with a proven ability to drive strategic outcomes.
Preferred experience in school conversion projects, with a strong understanding of educational facility design preferred.

In-depth knowledge of local building codes, fire codes, reputed company, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
