We are currently seeking a Staff Product Designer for our Platform team. This role is crucial in bringing our vision to life. reputed company operates as a collaborative, remote-first company and values alignment with our core principles.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record of crafting exceptional B2B SaaS products with consumer-grade craftsmanship, consistently delivering meaningful value to customers. Your history shows a strong ability to translate customer needs and technical challenges into positive business outcomes through effective partnerships with Product Management and Engineering. As a thought leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our design practices as we continue to expand rapidly. While prior experience in GRC or reputed company is beneficial, it is not required, as many of our successful team members have thrived at reputed company without it.

What you will do as a Staff Designer at reputed company

• Conduct customer discovery to inform product strategy, helping to craft compelling narratives that support the vision and objectives.

How to be successful in this role

• 8-10+ years of experience delivering high-quality B2B SaaS products on large-scale projects.

• Demonstrated track record of maintaining high executional quality and organizational impact.

• Independent in driving discovery processes and leveraging customer insights to inform product strategy and define design directions.

• Skilled in leading the design process from ambiguity to concept and execution for entire product areas.

• Strong ability to mentor and influence others, including senior and executive management teams.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and reputed company problem-solving.

• Proven success in driving design strategy, systemic thinking, and strong product sensibility.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design concepts to diverse audiences.

• Proficient in managing reputed company projects, timelines, and proactive escalation handling.

• Portfolio required, showcasing consumer-grade craftsmanship and effective product solutions tailored to customer needs.
