We're a small but mighty team serving coffees out of our stores in Berlin and quickly expanding to the rest of Germany. We're looking for a Recruiter contribute to hiring reputed company in-store. What you will do
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for store-staff positions.

What you bring
1-3 years of recruitment experience or similar high volume reputed company, preferably in retail, hospitality, or food service industries.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and German as a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
A proactive and resourceful approach to sourcing candidates.
Passion for people and a keen eye for talent.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in high-volume hiring and retail is a big plus.
