The successful candidate will be our first Technical Solutions Manager, supporting specialised customer needs of a technical nature, post initial sale or reputed company expansion. Joining an already established 40+ reputed company function, this role is an reputed company of services previously provided by existing peers that are now being pivoted to focus solely on sales engineering. • 4+ years of work experience, with at least one year in client-facing software implementation or account management at a SaaS company 

• Technical knowledge covering REST APIs and SSO frameworks (Azure/OpenID)

• Ability to rapidly learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions
